We use information to provide and secure MonetCreative, configure accounts, generate and deliver product images and videos, support API integrations, process sales-assisted onboarding, improve model and workflow quality, send service notices, analyze usage, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Product images, prompts, and generated image and video assets
Product photos, SKU metadata, prompts, brand guidelines, and generated outputs are processed to provide the service. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload source materials and for reviewing generated image and video assets before commercial use.
4. Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, storage, analytics, communications, payment, security, and AI processing providers that help us operate the service; with professional advisers; in business transfers; or when required by law.
5. Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring, and administrative safeguards designed to protect customer data. We retain account and workspace data while the account is active, usage logs for operational and security purposes, and support records as needed for business and legal reasons.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Enterprise customers may request deletion or export of workspace data through their MonetCreative contact.
7. International transfers and updates
MonetCreative may process information in countries where we or our providers operate. We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change, and material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
