1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing MonetCreative, requesting a demo, using an account, or integrating the API, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Sales-assisted accounts
MonetCreative does not currently provide public self-serve signup. Accounts are opened and configured by our team after a sales or demo conversation. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
3. Permitted use
You may use MonetCreative to generate ecommerce product visuals, lifestyle scenes, banners, social posts, ads, listing assets, and related image, video, and creative outputs for lawful business purposes, subject to your order, plan, or written agreement.
4. Customer content and output rights
You retain ownership of product photos, prompts, SKU data, brand materials, and other content you provide. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use generated image and video outputs for your ecommerce, marketing, and storefront purposes.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for source image rights, product accuracy review, required disclosures, marketplace policy compliance, and ensuring generated image and video assets do not violate third-party rights, privacy rights, advertising rules, or applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer or benchmark for competitive replication, upload unlawful or infringing materials, generate deceptive or harmful content, overload systems, or bypass usage limits.
7. API, availability, and changes
API access may be subject to onboarding, rate limits, authentication requirements, monitoring, and usage thresholds. We may modify features, templates, models, or integrations and may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
8. Fees and payment
Paid access, enterprise plans, API usage, and professional services are governed by the applicable order, quote, or written agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
MonetCreative is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Generated outputs may require human review and are not guaranteed to be error-free, marketplace-compliant, or suitable for every use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination and contact
